Connect an AI assistant
Add Hank to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or another MCP client.
Every client connects to the same address:
https://app.dialhank.com/api/mcpThe first time you connect, a Hank page opens. Sign in with your usual Hank login, check what the assistant is asking for, and click Allow. You never paste a password or key into the assistant.
Add the connector
In claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. Name it Hank and paste the server address.
On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds the connector for the organization first; then each person connects their own Hank account.
Sign in to Hank
Click Connect. Sign in to Hank in the window that opens and click Allow.
Ask away
Start a new chat with the Hank connector turned on. It's also available in the Claude desktop app.
Staying connected
Connections refresh themselves while you use them. If a connection goes unused for 30 days, sign in again.
To disconnect, open Settings → Team → Connected apps in Hank and choose Disconnect, or remove the connector in your assistant.
